Take a deep breath.

What is holistic health?

Holistic Health is actually an approach to life. Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body, this ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with his or her environment. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body, and spirit. The goal is to achieve maximum well-being, where everything is functioning the very best that is possible. With Holistic Health people accept responsibility for their own level of well-being, and everyday choices are used to take charge of one’s own health.” -Susan Walter, President, American Holistic Health Association

The 3 C’s

My Core Values

Communication

No one knows your body better than you. Whether we’re meeting for a doula consultation or I’m setting up my table for an in-home massage, I take care to communicate with you about what’s going on in your body and mind so I can provide the right techniques and better guide you in continuous self-care.

Connection

I understand and greatly value the vulnerability of the birthing space and massage table alike. I do not take lightly the trust and respect my clients show in allowing me access to both their homes and their holistic bodies (body, mind, spirit).

Compassion

Empathy and compassion are gifts that come naturally to me; I could not sustainably do the profound work that I do if they didn’t. Through understanding, those traits help to create the relaxing and nourishing foundation for every client relationship.

About Jodie Zoll, HHP

I’ve been taking care of people in one way or another almost my whole life. My mother was a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, sparking and nourishing my passion for healing. While I greatly appreciate and understand the need for the more Western ideas of healthcare that hospitals and most medical doctors provide, I’ve always been drawn to the more natural sides of traditional holistic health practices, which is evident in both my massage therapy and birth support practices.

In-Home Massage Therapy

The body and mind are deeply connected. I practice several different types of bodywork, and each session is totally customized to the individual’s needs the day of the appointment.

TESTIMONIALS

After working 100 hours for 3 weeks straight I was in dire need of a massage. Luckily Jodie was available and was accommodating to my crazy work schedule. Every second of the 90 minute session was full of bliss. As usual Jodie asked me what was bothering me. With the little info I gave her, she was able to read my body and find other troubled areas. I’m now feeling revitalized and ready to hit the road again. Thank you again!

Addison

I loved the way Jodie transformed a room in my house to feel like a relaxing and soothing space which was perfect for a massage. I had no idea I would enjoy a massage at home so much!
